Emotional Cord cutting can be very positive and sometime a little negative. ‘emotional spring clean’. This just allows
us to remove any stagnate energy that cause us to consistently relive things over and over again.
You may worry that you might cut a cord with someone that you love dearly, but being totally honest bonds like
these can never be broken they are part of what makes you who you are. Cords with family members can never be
totally be broken and lost there still will be a connection, but any pain for example that is felt between you and the
other person(s) / situations can be reduced. It can also help overcome the loss of someone too, by allowing the
overwhelming feelings of loss to feel a little better, but still have the capacity to grieve.
The process just simple involves asking Archangel Michael to use his sword of wisdom and protection to cut the
affecting cords and any others that prevent you from coming out of the situation you are trying to deal with.

may learn to handle this situation better and understand what I must do to control this area of my life.
